Growing a better “better burger” chain with smashburger

Upon opening its 200th restaurant, Smashburger unveiled a new store design intended to convey a more modern and comfortable atmosphere. “It was important that the interior of our restaurants reflect the quality and variety of our great tasting burgers. Now there is great energy around both our food and our store’s design,” said the founder Tom Ryan. The Moseley Group worked closely with Smashburger to develop the store design as well as to improve brand and fresh food communications in-store. This holistic approach, combining design and function evaluations and recommendations, assured Smashburger a higher level dining experience for their consumers.
